Ticket Policy

All presale tickets and tickets included in VIP packages are general admission tickets and are WILL CALL PICK UP TICKETS. You can retrieve these at the venue's box office the night of the event with your photo ID. The delivery method cannot be changed.

All items included in the VIP package will be picked up at the venue the night of the show. VIP details including the time and location to be will be emailed to you 2-3 days before the event. If you miss the concert, Sound Rink and As I Lay Dying are not responsible for mailing your items to you.

COVID POLICY:
