Ticket Policy

All tickets included in VIP packages are GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS and WILL CALL PICK UP ONLY. You can get your tickets at the venue's box office the night of the show with your photo ID.

Please plan on needing to be at the venue 30 to 45 minutes before doors open for the early entry and VIP check in for the merch pick up.

If you miss the VIP session - you can pick up your VIP merch at Turnover's merch table. If you miss the event entirely - Sound Rink & Turnover are not responsible for mailing these items to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
