Ticket Policy
All tickets included in VIP packages are general admission tickets and are DIGITAL TICKETS. These will be delivered to you 3-5 days prior to the event via AXS. You will receive an email notification when these have been delivered.
All items included in the VIP package will be picked up at the venue the night of the show. VIP details including the time and location to be will be emailed to you 2-3 days before the event. If you miss the concert, Sound Rink and New Found Glory are not responsible for mailing your items to you.
COVID POLICY: All events beginning 10/1/2021 will require attendees to show evidence of their full vaccination against COVID-19. Full vaccination means 14 days or more have passed since the attendee has received a single-dose vaccine or the second dose in a two-dose series. Acceptable vaccination documentation may be a physical copy of a COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card, a digital copy of such card or such other proof as is permitted locally.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELED.
