Ticket Policy
All presale tickets and tickets included in VIP packages are general admission tickets and are WILL CALL PICK UP TICKETS. You can retrieve these at the venue's box office the night of the event with your photo ID. The delivery method cannot be changed.
All items included in the VIP package will be picked up at the venue the night of the show. VIP details including the time and location to be will be emailed to you 2-3 days before the event. If you miss the concert, Sound Rink and August Burns Red are not responsible for mailing your items to you.
COVID POLICY: All patrons, guests, and staff are strongly encouraged to present either proof of vaccination, or proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken in the previous 24 hours (rapid antigen test) or 48 hours (PCR test).
Masks will be strongly encouraged for entry and to be worn at all times except when eating or drinking.
COVID-19 policy will be subject to change according to state/local ordinances during time of show.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELED.
