Ticket Policy
All presale tickets and tickets included in VIP packages are general admission tickets and are WILL CALL PICK UP TICKETS. You can retrieve these at the venue's box office the night of the event with your photo ID. The delivery method cannot be changed.
All items included in the VIP package will be picked up at the venue the night of the show. VIP details including the time and location to be will be emailed to you 2-3 days before the event. If you miss the concert, Sound Rink and August Burns Red are not responsible for mailing your items to you.
COVID POLICY: Per current guidelines issued by the California Department of Public Health, the Event Organizer is requiring fans agree to the terms below prior to ticket purchases & event entry. Please note these confirmations will apply to all members of your party before they are allowed to enter the event and to any users of the tickets purchased by you. By purchasing tickets for this event, I confirm that at the time of the event I will have received a negative COVID-19 antigen test within 24 hours of the event, a negative COVID-19 PCR test within 48 hours, OR be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (14 days past final vaccination shot). Children under 12 years of age may be required to take a COVID-19 diagnostic test within 24 hours before the event and provide proof of negative result prior to entering the venue. Mask wearing for all individuals, regardless of vaccine status, is mandated by the California Department of Public Health. Entry requirements are subject to change.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELED.
