Ticket Policy
All tickets included in VIP packages are general admission tickets and are WILL CALL PICK UP TICKETS. You can retrieve these at the venue's box office the night of the event with your photo ID. The delivery method cannot be changed.
All items included in the VIP package will be picked up at the venue the night of the show. VIP details including the time and location to be will be emailed to you 2-3 days before the event. If you miss the concert, Sound Rink and New Found Glory are not responsible for mailing your items to you.
COVID POLICY: The Event Organizer is requiring all attendees of this event to have received a negative COVID-19 test (generally 48 to 72 hours before the event) prior to entering the venue, OR be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. In attending the event, you certify and attest that you and all individuals in your party attending the event will abide by the following regulations:
All fans will provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test (generally within 48 or 72 hours before the event) prior to entering the venue, OR be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (at least two weeks after final dose) and provide proof of immunization. Unvaccinated fans under 12 years of age may be required to take a COVID-19 diagnostic test (generally within 48 or 72 hours prior to the event) and provide proof of negative result prior to entering the venue.
