Ticket Policy
All tickets included in VIP packages and presale tickets are general admission tickets and are DIGITAL TICKETS. Tickets will be delivered via email 3-5 days prior to the event.
All items included in the VIP package will be picked up at the venue the night of the show at the VIP session. VIP details including the time and location to be will be emailed to you 2-3 days before the event. If you miss the concert, Sound Rink and Crown The Empire are not responsible for mailing your items to you.
COVID POLICY: Please refer to your respective venue's website and or state/county guidelines. While COVID policies have lessened, some venues, promoters, states or counties still have some in place. These are subject to change at any time. By purchasing tickets you agree to adhere to the policies that may be put in place or removed at a later date. Refunds will not be issued in the case of a COVID policy change.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELED.
