Ticket Policy
PLEASE NOTE: All door times listed are the door times for the concert. This is not the VIP time. Please see below for more instructions regarding the VIP. This will also be emailed to you 2-3 days prior to the event.
Arrival:
VIP Soundcheck starts 1 1/2 hours before General Admission Doors - please arrive 45 mins prior to check in. When VIP starts, a member of Leanna’s team will greet you outside and bring you into the venue. After you finish VIP Sound Check with Leanna, you will be given early access to Leanna’s merch booth or to get a spot near the stage! Each venue will have its own policy regarding re-entry.
FAQ’s:
Are my parents allowed to come?
If you are a minor, you may have one parent or guardian accompany you during the VIP Sound Check and Meet & Greet IF they have a ticket to the show. No person is allowed to enter the venue if they do not have a GA ticket to the show. Guardians do not need to purchase a VIP ticket in order to accompany a minor, but must purchase a GA ticket to the show. Please note that guardians accompanying a minor may not participate in the meet & greet, interact with or take photos with the artist if they have not purchased a VIP ticket.
What if I’m coming to the show with my friend(s) or sibling(s) and they don’t have a VIP ticket? Can I bring them with me?
No one will be allowed admittance to the VIP Sound Check and Meet & Greet unless they have purchased this VIP add-on. If your friend(s) or sibling(s) cannot be left alone, please make prior arrangements for them to arrive at the show when general doors open. No exceptions will be made to this rule regardless of extenuating circumstances.
How am I allowed to pose with the artist?
Fun poses are allowed! We just ask that you act appropriately and don’t touch Leanna without asking her first due to both Leanna’s health and safety.
Can I bring Leanna gifts?
Yes! You are welcome to bring Leanna gifts! However, please be advised that most venues do not allow outside food. Please keep all gifts to non-edible items and please have your gift out and ready to give to Leanna as fans will not have extra time with her. If you would prefer to make the most of your time with Leanna, you may leave your gift at the merch booth!
