Ticket Policy

All presale tickets and tickets included in VIP packages are general admission tickets and are WILL CALL PICK UP TICKETS unless otherwise stated. The delivery method of your tickets cannot be changed. You can pick up tickets at the venue's box office the night of the show with your photo ID or confirmation email.

VIP info will be emailed to customers 2-3 days before the event. If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up your VIP items at the band's merch booth. If you miss the show entirely, Dayseeker and Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing these items to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
