Ticket Policy
All tickets included in VIP packages and presale tickets are general admission tickets and are WILL CALL PICK UP only. If you purchase a VIP package, VIP details will be emailed to you 2-3 days before the event. If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up the items included at the band's merchandise booths.
If you miss the concert - Bayside, Thrice and Shofetti are NOT responsible for mailing items included to you. These can only be retrieved at the event.
COVID-19 Policy: In the best interest of fans and staff, the Event Organizer will continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, unless prohibited by law, you agree to you and all individuals in your attending party will abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include, but not be limited to, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. Check back often for updates to your event page on the venue’s website as guidelines are subject to change. Tickets are non-refundable.
