Ticket Policy
All presale tickets and tickets included in VIP packages are general admission tickets and WILL CALL PICK UP ONLY. You can retrieve your tickets from the venue's box office the night of the show with your photo ID. The ticket delivery method cannot be changed.
VIP info is emailed to you 2-3 days before your event. Please also make sure to be checking your spam folder as sometimes the email ends up there. All VIP items will be picked up at the event. Royal Flush VIP customers will get your items at your VIP session. Full House VIP customers can retrieve your items from the band's merchandise booth. If you miss the concert, Dance Gavin Dance and Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing items to you.
Jackpot Juicer VIP Variant Add-On: You can add a copy of the VIP vinyl variant to your VIP purchase for $40.00. The price includes shipping costs and the record will be shipped to your address provided on your order on or around the album's release date. PLEASE NOTE: This is the same VIP variant that was included in the spring tour VIP purchases.
Royal Flush VIP Purchasers: No Q&A and NO questions about current, past, previous, former members will be answered.
