Ticket Policy
These are TICKETLESS VIP UPGRADES. VIP Upgrade purchases DO NOT include tickets to the concert. You must have tickets purchased for the VIP Upgrade to be valid. VIP details will be emailed to you 2-3 days before the event. All items will be given to you at the VIP session. If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up your items at Polyphia's merch booth. If you miss the concert entirely, Polyphia and Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing VIP items to you.
The digital download of Polyphia's upcoming album to be delivered on the album's TBA release date. Downloads will be sent to all VIP customers on the album's TBA release date.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
