Ticket Policy
All tickets included in VIP packages and presale tickets are general admission tickets and are DIGITAL TICKETS only. Tickets will be emailed to you 3-5 days before the event. If you purchase a VIP package, VIP details will be emailed to you 2-3 days before the event. If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up the items included at the band's merchandise booths.
If you miss the concert - Bayside, Thrice and Shofetti are NOT responsible for mailing items included to you. These can only be retrieved at the event.
COVID-19 Policy: The event organizer reserves the right to implement health and safety measures for the protection of all attendees. The policies are subject to change at any time and may include, but are not limited to, requiring proof of vaccination, negative test results, or mask requirements.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELED.
