Ticket Policy
All tickets included in VIP packages and presale tickets are general admission tickets and are WILL CALL PICK UP only. If you purchase a VIP package, VIP details will be emailed to you 2-3 days before the event. If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up the items included at the band's merchandise booth.
If you miss the concert - Enterprise Earth and Sound Rink are NOT responsible for mailing items included to you. These can only be retrieved at the event.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELED.
