Ticket Policy
All presale tickets and tickets included in VIP packages are general admission tickets and are DIGITAL TICKETS. These will be delivered via email 3-5 days before the event. The delivery method cannot be changed.
All items included in the VIP package will be picked up at the venue the night of the show. VIP details including the time and location to be will be emailed to you 2-3 days before the event. If you miss the concert, Sound Rink and August Burns Red are not responsible for mailing your items to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELED.
