Ticket Policy

These are TICKETLESS RIP UPGRADES. RIP Upgrade purchases DO NOT include tickets to the concert. You must have tickets purchased for the RIP Upgrade to be valid. VIP details will be emailed to you 2-3 days before the event. All items will be given to you at the VIP session.

If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up your items at Ice Nine Kill's merch booth. If you miss the concert entirely, Ice Nine Kills and Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing VIP items to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
