Ticket Policy

All presale tickets and tickets included in VIP Packages are general admission and are WILL CALL PICK UP ONLY. You can get your tickets at the venue's box office the night of the show with photo ID or your confirmation email. If a VIP package is purchase, VIP info will be emailed to you 2-3 days prior to your event. If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up your items at the band's merch booth. If the concert is missed entirely, The Early November and Shofetti are not responsible for mailing these items to you.
