Ticket Policy
All tickets included in VIP packages are general admission tickets and are DIGITAL TICKETS. These will be delivered to you 3-5 days prior to the event via email. You will receive an email notification when these have been delivered.
All items included in the VIP package will be picked up at the venue the night of the show. VIP details including the time and location to be will be emailed to you 2-3 days before the event. If you miss the concert, Sound Rink and New Found Glory are not responsible for mailing your items to you.
COVID POLICY: All patrons will need to show proof of full vaccination (must be 2 weeks past final dose) along with a government issued photo ID. A negative COVID-19 test will not be accepted. Masks are required for everyone ages two or older.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELED.
