Ticket Policy

All tickets included in VIP packages are GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS and TICKETMASTER DIGITAL TICKETS. Ticket will be sent to you at least 3-5 days prior to the event via Ticketmaster.

Please plan on needing to be at the venue 30 to 45 minutes before doors open for the early entry and VIP check in for the merch pick up.

If you miss the VIP check-in - you can pick up your VIP merch at Turnover's merch table. If you miss the event entirely - Sound Rink & Turnover are not responsible for mailing these items to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
