Ticket Policy

This is a VIP Upgrade. VIP Upgrades do NOT include tickets to the concert. You must have your tickets purchased to the concert separately to attend the VIP session and concert. You will be emailed your VIP info 2-3 days before the event. All items included in the VIP are picked up at the VIP session.

After the VIP session, all VIP customers will be escorted out of the venue and put at the front of the line to re-enter when doors open to the public. If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up your items at A Skylit Drive's merch booth. If you miss the event entirely; A Skylit Drive & Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing these items to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
