Ticket Policy

All presale tickets and tickets included in VIP packages are GENERAL ADMISSION and WILL CALL PICK UP ONLY. You can retrieve your tickets from the venue's box office the night of the show with your photo ID or confirmation email. If a VIP package is purchased, you will be emailed the VIP details 2-3 days prior to the event. If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up your items at the band's merch booth. If you miss the event entirely; Shofetti & Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing these items to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
