ALL PRESALE TICKETS AND TICKETS INCLUDED IN VIP PACKAGES ARE GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS AND TICKETWEB PDF TICKETS! TICKETS WILL BE SENT TO YOU AT LEAST 3-5 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT VIA EMAIL!

VIP details will be emailed to you 2-3 days before the event. Please plan on needing to be at the venue at least an hour to an hour and a half before doors open for the VIP. We will send the confirmed schedule once it is set. If you miss the VIP session - you can pick up your VIP merch at Caskets' merch booth. If you miss the event entirely - Caskets & Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing to you.
