Ticket Policy

All tickets included in VIP packages are general admission tickets and WILL CALL PICK UP ONLY. All tickets can be picked up at the venue's box office the night of the show with photo ID. You will be sent a follow up email later in for the voting on the VIP songs. You will be emailed VIP details 2-3 days before the event. If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up your items at the band's merch booth. If you miss the show entirely, FFAK and Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing items to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
