All presale tickets and tickets included in VIP packages are general admission tickets and WILL CALL PICK UP ONLY. You can get your tickets at the venue's box office the night of the show with your photo ID.

If VIP is purchased - You will be emailed the VIP time and location 2-3 days before the event when this timing is confirmed. This will be sent to you via email. If you have not received this information two days prior to your event, please email customerservice@soundrink.com and we will make sure you haven't missed anything in case of a time still being confirmed.

If you miss the VIP session or you miss the event entirely - Cattle Decapitation & Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing your VIP items to you.
