Ticket Policy

All presale tickets and tickets are GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS and WILL CALL PICK UP ONLY. You can get your tickets at the venue's box office the night of the show with your photo ID.

If VIP is purchased - you will receive a QR Code Ticket for access into the VIP (THIS IS NOT YOUR CONCERT TICKET). You will use the QR code to be scanned into the VIP. You will be emailed more details and information regarding your VIP 2-3 days before the event.

Side-Stage Hero VIP Customers - You will also be emailed more details regarding your side stage VIP 2-3 days before the event. Please make sure you have this info in advance to ensure you get all perks included in your purchase.

If you miss the VIP session or the concert - Sound Rink & Story of The Year are not responsible for mailing these items to you.
