IF YOU PURCHASE A UPGRADE BEFORE PURCHASING YOUR CONCERT TICKET AND THE SHOW SELLS OUT - YOU ASSUME ALL RISK OF NOT BEING ABLE TO REDEEM YOUR UPGRADE AT THE SHOW.
