Ticket Policy

All STAGE PLAYED GUITAR UPGRADES ARE TICKETLESS UPGRADES. THIS IS NOT A CONCERT TICKET. YOU MUST HAVE A CONCERT TICKET PURCHASED FOR THE UPGRADE TO BE VALID. IF YOU PURCHASE AN UPGRADE BEFORE PURCHASING YOUR CONCERT TICKET AND THE SHOW SELLS OUT - YOU ASSUME ALL RISK OF NOT BEING ABLE TO PARTAKE IN THE EXPERIENCE.

All guitars will be given to you post-show. You will receive an email on the details of how to retrieve your guitar and hang with Josh 2-3 days before your show.

If you miss the show - Sylosis, Josh Middleton & Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing the guitar to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
