Ticket Policy

This is a TICKETLESS VIP Upgrade. VIP Upgrades do NOT include tickets to the concert. You must have your tickets purchased to the concert separately to attend the VIP session and concert. VIP details are emailed 2-3 days prior to the event.

Personal photos with the band will be taken with fans cell phones in addition to your polaroid photo.

All items included in the VIP are picked up at the VIP session. Nothing in this purchase is mailed to you. If you miss the VIP session or you miss the concert entirely, Sound Rink and The Pretty Wild are not responsible for mailing items to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
