Ticket Policy

All tickets included in VIP packages are GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS and WILL CALL PICK UP ONLY. You can get your tickets at the venue's box office the night of the show with your photo ID.

If VIP is purchased, please plan on needing to be at the venue an hour to an hour and a half before doors open to the public. The confirmed VIP time will be emailed to you 2-3 days before the event along with other details regarding your VIP session. If you do not receive this information in the timeline provided - please email customerservice@soundrink.com and we will get you the information as soon as possible.

If you miss the VIP session or you miss the event entirely - Sound Rink & Bloodywood are not responsible for mailing these items to you.
