Ticket Policy

All tickets included in VIP packages are GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS and TICKETMASTER DIGITAL TICKETS. Tickets will be sent to you at least 3-5 days prior to the event via TICKETMASTER.

If a VIP upgrade is purchased, please plan on needing to be at the venue an hour to an hour and a half before doors open to the public. The confirmed VIP time will be emailed to you 2-3 days before the event along with other details regarding your VIP session.

If you miss the VIP session or you miss the event entirely - Sound Rink, August Burns Red & The Amity Affliction are not responsible for mailing these items to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
