Ticket Policy

This is a TICKETLESS VIP Upgrade. VIP Upgrades do NOT include tickets to the concert. You must have your tickets purchased to the concert separately for your VIP to be valid and to attend the concert. VIP early entry details are emailed 2-3 days prior to the event.

All items included in the VIP are picked up at the concert. Nothing in this purchase is mailed to you. If you miss the VIP session, you can get your items from the Say Anything's merch booth. If you miss the concert, Sound Rink and Say Anything are not responsible for mailing items to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
