All presale tickets and tickets included in VIP packages are general admission and WILL CALL PICK UP ONLY. If you purchase a VIP package, VIP info will be emailed to you 2-3 days before the event. If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up your items at Thrice's merch booth. If you miss the event entirely - Sound Rink & Skinny Puppy are not responsible for mailing these items to you.
