Ticket Policy

All VIP offerings for the Jackpot Juicer Tour and SwanFest are TICKETLESS VIP UPGRADES. These purchases DO NOT include tickets to the event. Tickets must be purchased separately for the VIP to be valid at the show. If you do not have a ticket purchased before purchasing this upgrade, you assume all risk if the event sells out and you are not able to attend. It is highly recommended that you purchase a ticket before purchasing a VIP upgrade.

VIP info will be emailed to customers 2-3 days prior to the event. The VIP experiences will be before the show takes place so plan on having to be at the venue before doors open to the public. The confirmed time will be sent to you with more details once confirmed. If you have not seen an email from us within 2 days of your event, please email customerservice@soundrink.com to make sure this wasn't missed or ended up in your spam folder.

If you miss the VIP session you can still pick up your items at Dance Gavin Dance's merch booth. If you miss the event entirely - Sound Rink & Dance Gavin Dance are not responsible for mailing these items to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
