Ticket Policy

All tickets included in VIP packages are GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS and WILL TICKETMASTER DIGITAL TICKETS. TICKETS WILL BE SENT TO YOU AT LEAST 3-5 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT VIA TICKETMASTER.

Please plan on needing to be at the venue an hour to an hour and a half before doors open to the public. The confirmed VIP time will be emailed to you 2-3 days before the event along with other details regarding your VIP session.

If you miss the VIP session - you can pick up your VIP merch at Chiodos' merch table. Please inform the merchandiser that you missed the VIP and provide them your name and information so they can assist you. If you miss the event entirely - Sound Rink & Chiodos are not responsible for mailing these items to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
