Ticket Policy

All tickets included in VIP Packages are general admission tickets and TICKETURE DIGITAL TICKETS. Tickets will be emailed to you 3-5 days before the event. VIP details will be emailed to you 2-3 days before the event. All items will be given to you at the VIP session.

If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up your items at Taylor Acorn's merch booth. If you miss the concert entirely, Taylor Acorn and Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing VIP items to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
