Ticket Policy

VIP info will be emailed to you 2-3 days before the event. If a Hotel Kalifornia VIP Package is purchased - you will be emailed your meet and greet info 2-3 days before the event. The meet and greet is with Hollywood Undead ONLY.

If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up your items at Hollywood Undead's merch booth. If you miss the event entirely - Sound Rink & Hollywood Undead are not responsible for mailing you your VIP items.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
