Ticket Policy

All tickets included in VIP packages and presale tickets are general admission tickets and WILL CALL PICK UP ONLY. The delivery method of these tickets cannot be changed. If a VIP package is purchased, you will be emailed VIP details 2-3 days before the event. If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up your items at Machine Head's merch booth. If you miss the event entirely, Machine Head and Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing items to you.
