ALL TICKETS INCLUDED IN VIP PACKAGES ARE GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS AND WILL CALL PICK UP ONLYE! Tickets can be picked up at the venue's box office the night of the show with your photo ID.

If a VIP package is purchased - you will be emailed the VIP info and details 2-3 days before the event. If you do not receive this information - please email customerservice@soundrink.com and we will make sure you get this information.

If you miss the VIP session or the concert entirely - Dead Air Divine and Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing these VIP items to you.
