Ticket Policy

All tickets included in VIP packages are GENERAL ADMISSION tickets and are WILL CALL PICK UP ONLY. You can get your tickets at the venue's box office the night of the show with your photo ID. The ticket delivery method cannot be changed.

If a VIP Package is purchased - you will be sent the confirmed time of your VIP session 2-3 days before the event. Please plan on needing to be at the venue an hour to two hours before doors open. If you have not received the confirmed VIP time by the day before your concert - please email customerservice@soundrink.com and we will resend to you.

All items included in VIP packages are picked up at the show. If a VIP Package is purchased, you will be emailed 2-3 days before the event with the time and location for the VIP session. If you miss the show, Sound Rink or Four Year Strong is not responsible for shipping items included in your VIP.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
