Ticket Policy

All presale tickets and tickets included in VIP packages are general admission tickets and Ticketmaster Digital Tickets. Tickets will be sent to you at least 3-5 days prior to the event via Ticketmaster.

If VIP is purchased - You will be emailed the VIP time and location 2-3 days before the event when this timing is confirmed. This will be sent to you via email. If you have not received this information two days prior to your event, please email customerservice@soundrink.com and we will make sure you haven't missed anything in case of a time still being confirmed.

If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up your VIP items at Bad Suns merch booth. If you miss the event entirely - Bad Suns & Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing your VIP items to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
