All presale tickets and tickets included in VIP packages are GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS and SHOWCLIX PDF TICKETS. Tickets will be sent to you 3-5 days prior to the event via email.

If VIP is purchased - you will receive a QR Code Ticket for access into the VIP (THIS IS NOT YOUR CONCERT TICKET). You will use the QR code to be scanned into the VIP. You will be emailed more details and information regarding your VIP 2-3 days before the event. All After-Show VIP for Salt Lake City will be BEFORE THE SHOW. Please make sure you have received the VIP time 2-3 days prior. If you have not - please email customerservice@soundrink.com.

Side Stage Diamond VIP Customers - You will also be emailed more details regarding your side stage VIP 2-3 days before the event. Please make sure you have this info in advance to ensure you get all perks included in your purchase.
