All presale tickets and tickets included in VIP packages are GENERAL ADMISSION tickets and WILL CALL PICK UP ONLY. You can get your tickets to the show at the venue's box office with your photo ID.
VIP details will be emailed to all VIP customers 2-3* days before the event. Please plan on needing to be at the venue an hour and a half to two hours before the posted general admission door time in your confirmation email. We will send you the confirmed details as soon as we have it from the venues. If you have not received this information by the day before your show - please email email@example.com and we will make sure you get this info so you don't miss out.
All VIP merch will be given to you at the VIP session. If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up your VIP at the merch booth. Please let the merch person working you missed your VIP and they will assist you in retrieving your items.
If you miss the event entirely - Silent Planet & Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing these to you.
*2-3 days is the standard timeline in which the VIP program is usually approved. We could be sending much sooner if everything is confirmed in advance. Please keep an eye out from an email from us and be sure to check your spam folder. You can also add us to your emails trusted sender list to help ensure the information gets delivered to you.
