All presale tickets and tickets included in VIP packages are general admission and are WILL CALL PICK UP ONLY. The delivery method cannot be changed. You will be emailed the VIP details 2-3 days before the event. If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up your VIP items at Shadow of Intent's merch booth. If you miss the event completely, Sound Rink & Shadow of Intent are not responsible for mailing your VIP items to you.
