Ticket Policy

All tickets included in VIP packages are general admission tickets and WILL CALL PICK UP ONLY. You can get your tickets at the venue's box office the night of the show with your photo ID.

Please plan on needing to be at the venue an hour and a half to two hours before doors open to the public. The confirmed VIP details will be sent to you 2-3 days prior to the event via email. This will include the time and location for the VIP session. All VIP items except your Laminate and lanyard will be mailed to you. If you miss the VIP session - you can pick up your VIP laminate and lanyard at Twiztid's merch booth.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
