Ticket Policy

All presale tickets and tickets included in VIP packages are general admission tickets and WILL CALL PICK UP ONLY. You can get your tickets at the venue's box office the night of the show with your photo ID.

THERE IS NO MEET & GREET INCLUDED IN THIS VIP.

If VIP is purchased - You will be emailed the VIP info 2-3 days before the event. This will be sent to you via email. If you have not received this information two days prior to your event, please email customerservice@soundrink.com and we will make sure you haven't missed anything.

If you miss the event entirely - The Summer Slaughter Tour & Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing your VIP items to you.
