Ticket Policy

All tickets included in VIP packages are general admission tickets and PDF TICKETS. Tickets will be sent to you via email 3-5 days prior to the event.

VIP will take place around 90 minutes before doors open to the public. You will be emailed a follow up email with the specific VIP time and location 2-3 days before the event when this timing is confirmed. This will be sent to you via email.

If you have not received this information two days prior to your event, please email customerservice@soundrink.com and we will make sure you haven't missed anything in case of a time still being confirmed.

If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up your VIP items at August Burns Red's merch booth. If you miss the event entirely - August Burns Red & Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing your VIP items to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
