Ticket Policy

All tickets included in VIP packages and presale tickets are general admission tickets and are DIGITAL TICKETS. Tickets will be sent to you via AXS Mobile 3-5 days before the event.

You will be emailed the VIP details 2-3 days before your event if VIP is purchased. This will include the time and location to be for check-in for the VIP. If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up the items included in your VIP purchase at the band's merch booth. If you miss the concert entirely, State Champs and Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing these items to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
