Ticket Policy

All tickets included in VIP packages are general admission tickets and WILL CALL PICK UP ONLY! You get your tickets at the venue's box office the night of the show with your photo ID.

If you purchased a Fitness & Workout Meet & Greet experience - you will be emailed the time and location for your workout in advance. The workout will take place the same day as the show purchased - near the venue. This is scheduled to be held around noon each day but the confirmed time will be sent with the location information once confirmed.

VIP info for the Coffee and Q&A experience will be sent to customers 2-3 days before the event.

If either session is missed, you can pick up your merch items at Andrew's merch booth at the show. If you miss the work out session, coffee and Q&A or the show, Andrew Wells & Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing these items to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
