Ticket Policy

All presale tickets and tickets included in VIP packages are general admission tickets and are WILL CALL PICK UP ONLY.

You can retrieve your tickets at the venue's box office the night of the show with your photo ID. If you purchase a VIP package, VIP details will be emailed to you 2-3 days before the event. All items are picked up at the show, nothing is mailed to you. If you miss the event, Demon Hunter and Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing these items to you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
