Ticket Policy
These are TICKETETLESS VIP UPGRADES. BOTH VIP OPTIONS DO NOT INCLUDE TICKETS TO THE CONCERT. YOU MUST HAVE TICKETS PURCHASED SEPARATELY FOR THE VIP TO BE VALID.
You will be emailed the time and location for your VIP 2-3 days before your show. If you do not receive this email for whatever reason - please email customerservice@soundrink.com so we can make sure you get this information.
If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up your items at All Time Low's merch booth. If you miss the event entirely - All Time Low and Sound Rink are not responsible for mailing these to you.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS THE EVENT IS CANCELLED.
